Quiet ledgers for busy facilities

Forestcore Energy Ledger Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City. We exist to turn meter readings, utility bills, and occupancy calendars into documents operators can act on.

Official name and origin

The registered business name is Forestcore Energy Ledger Co., Ltd.. The practice began in 2016 after several industrial park tenants asked for help reconciling landlord ESG forms with the meters actually installed on their floors. Early work stayed local to Linh Trung and neighboring Thu Duc wards before expanding to warehouses along the city’s eastern corridors.

We kept the word “ledger” in the name because the deliverable is still a dated account of energy use: figures with sources, not a slide of aspirational targets.

Working approach

  • Visit the plant room before drafting charts
  • Name meter boundaries in plain language
  • Prefer ranked opportunities over long wish lists
  • Leave technicians with checks they can run between shifts

Values in practice

We measure credibility by whether a facilities manager can hand our ledger to a technician without translation. That means Vietnamese and English drafts when needed, photographs of nameplates, and honesty about missing data. Vietnam’s humidity, monsoon seasons, and night-shift logistics shape every comparison we write.
