Rates reflect site complexity, data quality, and travel—not a subscription ladder. Use the table as a starting point, then request an estimate for your floor area and meter layout.

Deposits and travel
On-site audits usually require a 30% deposit to reserve the walkthrough day. Travel outside Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan corridors is quoted separately based on distance and overnight needs.
Reporting and desk comparisons are typically invoiced 50% on kickoff and 50% on draft delivery.
