Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://panel-forestcore.click and professional engagements with Forestcore Energy Ledger Co., Ltd. (“Forestcore,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or request services. Requests submitted through forms constitute an invitation to negotiate; a binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fees in writing.

2. Services described

Content on this site describes consulting and field work related to energy consumption tracking, sustainability reporting, and facility usage analytics. Descriptions are informational. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the estimate or engagement letter for your project.

3. Intellectual property

Website text, design, and graphics remain Forestcore property. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed for your internal business use upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. You may not resell our ledgers or templates as a competing service without written consent.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate bills, access, and safety escorts for on-site work. Delays in access or data may extend timelines. You remain responsible for decisions made after receiving our findings.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Forestcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or engagement outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current but may update them without prior notice. Typographical errors may be corrected. The site does not process payments.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
