Facility Energy Consumption Audit

On-site review of meters, schedules, and load patterns that produce a clear ledger of where your building uses energy across a typical operating week.

Glass office towers under soft daylight

Who it is for

Facilities managers, operations directors, and sustainability officers responsible for one or more commercial or light-industrial sites

What you receive

A dated energy ledger with annotated load charts, peak-hour notes, and prioritized reduction opportunities tied to your actual equipment and occupancy

Included

  • Kickoff call to map meters, tariffs, and operating hours
  • One full-day site walkthrough with logged readings
  • Seven-day usage reconstruction from available interval or billed data
  • Written ledger report with annotated charts and a ranked opportunity list
  • One follow-up clarification call within two weeks of delivery

Outside this engagement

  • Hardware installation or meter replacement
  • Contractor bidding or construction management
  • Regulatory filings submitted on your behalf

How the work proceeds

  1. Share recent utility bills and floor plans before the visit
  2. Walk the facility together during peak and off-peak windows
  3. Reconcile readings against bills and occupancy calendars
  4. Deliver the ledger and walk through findings remotely or on site

Preparation

Provide 12 months of utility bills if available, access badges for plant rooms, and a contact who knows HVAC and lighting schedules.

Constraints

Audits require escorted access to mechanical rooms and sub-meters. Multi-building campuses are scoped as separate facilities unless agreed otherwise.
